Yes. All dogs must be fully vaccinated to attend daycare. This protects not only your dog, but all others that attend our daycare.

Yes. We encourage owners to book a tour so you can see our facilities and meet the team. We will show you all areas of our daycare.

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.

Bookings can be made via our booking app (for registered clients). You must first complete a meet & greet before getting full access to book your daycare.

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations for a full refund.

Absolutely! We are fully licensed by North Yorkshire Council & fully insured. We always advise anyone to check that any daycare, dog walkers etc are all insured, and where necessary licensed. By using an unlicensed daycare or boarding facility you are putting your dog at risk as no checks have been made to ensure the right protocols, policies or practices are put in place.
